Terrible Company SCAM

I ordered flowers because my sister lost her baby. I ordered flowers for her and they were never delivered but I received a confirmation email. TERRIBLE SERVICE...They would not credit my account and send the flowers. They re-charged me to send them. 5 days Later I ordered flowers because my sister lost her baby.
