I made a mistake when booking a hotel room in Seattle. I wanted to book June 28th, but the system did not allow hotel rooms that day. The system booked a hotel room for July 28th. Travelocity did not allow a refund. Die Travelocity!!! I disputed the charge, Travelocity has fine print that does not give refunds. Never use Travelocity!! User's recommendation: Never use Travelocity!!
