Terrible and misleading customer service
I agreed to a repayment plan and satisfied my end of the contract but an agent at prime lending gave wrong information and as I told her on the call do not touch my repayment plan she did anyway and cancelled it on my last month to pay. I spoke to a supervisor who listen to the call and agree that the agent was wrong now I had to pay more then what is printed on my repayment plan because money went to escrow. Ok here is the kicker now my account has $1200 in late fees. Im sooo upset and I called back to get a supervisor to fix this but no help at all.
