Terrible and late service

The restaurant was supposed to open at 10:45. I did not get served until 11:05.The restaurant was unsanitary. The store manager pants were hanging of his waste. The exterior of the building was unkept. The manger did not offer me any accommodations. The cook sharpened his knife over the cutting board. He didnt wipe the board or nice off before cutting the steak. Please contact me at 443-414-****.This type of service is unacceptable. I have eaten at chipotles for several years and never received this type of service. The franchise needs to take a serious look at this .restaurant located in Woodlawn Maryland. User's recommendation: Terrible service.
