I purchased a ticket and the performance was on Saturday. I caught COVID so emailed on Thursday to ask if I could change my ticket. They responded SUNDAY! saying as the performance had past they couldn't do it. Will NEVER use them again and will be making sure EVERYONE I know knows this.
