Technician never showed up to perform services

Allied Home Warranty stated that they would send out a service technician from Lone Star Repair to perform a repair on my AC. Both Allied Home Warranty and Lone Star Repair explained that the technician would be calling my cell phone 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home to schedule the visit. I had my cell phone with me expecting a call from the technician however he never called. During this time I made several calls to both Allied Home Warranty and Lone Star stating that I have not heard anything from the technician, every time I spoke with their representatives they stated I should expect a phone call shortly. However hours later I received an email stating that the technician allegedly showed up at our home; took a picture of our house and then left without ever calling either of the phone numbers that were listed on our account. I have proof of both our call logs showing that the service provider never called us which was the initial agreement. In addition Lone Star Repair and Allied Home Warranty are now refusing to send out anyone else unless we pay them a $120 and then an additional $120 for a new provider to look at our AC.
