I had an issue for the third or fourth week in a row about our staging copy and not being able to access our admin panel. I spoke with Kristian T. today who helped me get all the issues resolved in a timely manner. He, also, told me some tips and tools I can use to check these things for myself and fix them first before contacting Siteground to save time for everyone. If some things are already checked, they can then pinpoint the issue faster. He is the first one that has given me useful and practical tips and information (which he emailed to me as well) so I can speed up the process. This was an awesome experience. User's recommendation: I would recommend Siteground. I have never had to wait for technical support through their chat. For the most part, I have great experiences with Siteground Support (only one bad experience at a crucial time unfortunately).
