SVB 500-my wife bought this Gunvault biometric safe in 2014 or so. It worked OK for a while, but started to fault two years ago. So I followed the instructions to try to reset it and re-enter my fingerprints but it would not reset. So I called CS to ask for assistance. The lady there basically said use the key. Several times she said these safes are made in China ie.-they are junk and not reliable. She said that if they arent used every day they fault and will stop working. Really Gunvault? You blame your reliability problems on where you have these safes manufactured User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from Gunvault. They make junk and do not stand behind their products.
