I am solely responsible for all my mothers expenses including her medical aid. She is the main member ([protected]) but I pay the monthly contributions through my bank. I need the tax certificate for my tax return. I am unable to access her online Discovery profile, I am unable to speak to a consultant at Discovery health, I am unable to visit offices of Discovery. I am totally unhappy about the personal service (non-existent) of Discovery health. The Bot cant help, whats app cant help. Is there any person that still works for their customer care centre?
