Tallaght, Dublin, Ireland Branch Closed at 18:00 hrs on 14th May 2021, Collection Booked for 19:00 hrs, No Contact

I ordered a bike online that was only available at Tallaght branch (over 1 hour drive from my home). Arrived at 18:45 for 19:00 hour collection appointment (as directed on correspondence to comply with Covid 19 restrictions) only to find branch was closed. I rang the store, I was diverted to central customer service (South Africa) and representative stated that store was open. Requested that store manager ring me first thing the following morning to advise on new collection time. Saturday morning, no contact from Tallaght branch, I drove back to store again. Very unhappy with service I received at the branch, voiced my dissatisfaction to manager Chris and requested that I be contacted by area manager. Advised that I would be contacted Monday 17th May, no contact. Monday afternoon, I rang Tallaght branch however phone rings out. I rang Customer Service (South Africa), the 1st representative put me back into the "pool" for my call to be answered, the following representative did not resolve the issue and put me on hold before disconnecting the call. I rang Customer Service back yet again and after 20 minutes I was able to talk to Supervisor Ryan. I explained my initial complaint and voiced my displeasure at my call being disconnected. Still no follow up and call from area manager. Having received no call from Area Manager, I brought the bike to my local Halfords (Carlow, Ireland) as it was not built correctly and there are issues with it. Staff were extremely helpful here, booked it in and are checking over the bike to ensure that it is built correctly and it is safe for my son to use. Now at lunch time on Tuesday 18th May, I have still not received a call from an area manager to discuss 1) Why Tallaght branch was closed on Friday evening and I was not notified. I took time off of work to make sure that I arrived on time for my collection. Wasted journey and i had to travel back to store again the following day. 2) Unsatisfactory service received at the Tallaght branch on Saturday 15th May while dealing with the manager Chris. 3) Bike was not built correctly and had to be returned to another branch to be checked over 4) Why I did not receive call back from Area Manager as requested? Despite all my efforts, I still have not been able to talk to someone directly in relation to my poor experience with Halfords branch, Tallaght, Dublin. Please
