I have tried everything and not been able to talk to a customer service representative. Dollar Shave Club makes it impossible to resolve an issue with a human. The person I finally talked to resulted in me being charged $5.00 for a trial membership that i didn't want. He was nice enough to cancel that trial and to give me an email address to try. My recommendation is to stay away from Dollar Shave Club due to their total lack of personal customer service. Forewarned is forewarned. Join at your own risk! User's recommendation: Stay away they don'tt provide human service.
