White pages took money out of my account without permission. I have sent emails to various person's as well as to you. No response. As I stated when the took money out it caused an overdraft in my account --rippleveffect-- 2 checks bounced which cost me $70. I am on 79 years old &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; handicapped on a fixed income. I need to have the $32 refunded back into my account.
