My husband put a $400 deposit down on an outboard motor. Two months later they don't have it in inventory or even a date for when it will be in. Fishing season has started. My husband asked for the deposit back because we had our current motor fixed, but the manager refused to refund us saying it would be a restocking fee for something they haven't received. You'd think a reputable company would call the supplier and cancel the order. Guess they're not in that class of being reputable. Do not EVER put a down payment down with this company. User's recommendation: Make sure they have inventory before putting down a deposit.
