I have Medicare and the State I am in gave the contract starting in 2020 from Medtronic to Byram Healthcare. It took me 2 weeks to get a hold of someone to even start the process to get my insulin pump supplies. Once someone finally called me back, it has been three weeks since they've had my information and I still am in "records retrieval." When I called back after the three week mark, they couldn't figure out why I still was in record retrieval and sent me to another person to find out. They couldn't transfer me because their system wouldn't let them, I had to call in to the person's line. NO ANSWER! Surprise, surprise. I still haven't gotten my supplies and I've had to pay out of pocket so I don't run out. They are ridiculous. I've had issues in the past with this company overcharging me after charging my insurance. It's ridiculous all around!!! User's recommendation: Try to find another company if you can.
