Taken Customer Money for No Senior Trip

I paid this company $2500 so my daughter could go on a Senior Trip. We all know Coronavirus has changed my daughter Senior year. This company sent me a latter that offer me three options 1. Reschedule the trip til September 2022 2. Give the trip to a friend or family 3. Refund but subtract $1000. I called and spoken to employees which was Very Rude and Unprofessional stayed good luck and hung up on me. I email 4x and the email me the same options. JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I purchased the insurance but come to find out both are working together to steal from people. They state this is not a global issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING THIS TIME. User's recommendation: Don’t do it!! Do NOT book or do business with this company. Check out the reviews.
