After Finally receiving a cheque the 2nd week of May for 65% of what our non restored personal property was worth , we were told that we only had until the beginning of July to finalize all our purchases and we would receive the other 35% plus taxes for any receipts we submitted, So we went out, spent all of the funds by purchased everything we could off of our scheduled lost list right away and submitted all of our receipts in hopes that we could use the other 35% that was owed to us to buy the things we hadn't been able to afford yet. So what does our adjuster decide to do? Pretend that she was so busy,that it took her over 6 weeks to finalize the receipts we submitted , purposely bypassing the July deadline and then telling us we can no longer submit any more purchases because we are passed our deadline ...
