how come the payment for my order was withdrawn via credit card, but when wanting my money back as never received goods I was informed that they can only refund to a paypal account. i don't have a paypal account and does this mean they will only accept payments via paypal. pissed off with Bob this has gone on over a year now. oh my word, now my complaint has to be at least 100 words before it will accept it. also they wanted me to pay for the postage as it wasn't sufficient when sent from China. bob promised this would be refunded then changed his mind and wanted me to have paypal
