I too have never posted anything about a company so bad, but every company I have ordered from has been okay except for this one. CYMAX IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company is awful. I ordered something on 10/1/2011, still, to this day, 12/28/2011, havent had the order delivered. They took my 600 dollars the day of ordered and still nothing. I tried to cancel twice and each time, they said I couldnt, that it was delivered. And then they said it was an internal processing error and would let me know. Then I would be on hold with the delivery place for a half hour only to be told they never got the piece to be delivered...than another hour on hold for this crap place. I swear to God, please do not order from them!!! I hope people check this out. AWFUL, FRAUDFUL COMPANY AND I WILL BE FILING CHARGES AND REPORTING TO BBB. HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINES SOON TO SAVE EVERYONE FROM THIS AGONY!!! :( BAD, BAD, AND WORSE!!!
