SR [protected] LBA OHLEIN PAYE and Tax return do not match My mother died in September 2019 and Momentum was immediately notified via my financial consultant Biderlack and Co in Windhoek. After they tried to get the 1/2 year tax return from Momentum I took it upon myself to write numerous email with numerous responses always referring me to other names and people. Eventually this year in July I received this document and happily proceed to the Receiver to finalized this outstanding tax return and deregister my late mom. Here was only to be told that Momentum returned a full year for 2020 which neither my dead nor the executor received while in fact my late mother only received 1/2 year income as per PAYE 5 . Once again I took of work and went to the Momentum client service in Windhoek. Here again (3 time around) Mrs Ingrid Christians was not available and upon mailing her received neither a call nor a return mail. Thereupon I once again contacted Mrs Wemmert in SA who would refer this to the correct person. It is August now and I have had no feedback, no response or no call and am at loss what to do next. # #The service in Windhoek is non-existing with personal not at work and refusing to mail or call back. Please let me know how to proceed as this matter is long overdue and it needs to be settled urgently with the Receiver making me pay for their unprofessional faulty service.
