My table saw fence is not straight and is bowed slightly. I need it replaced because it is a faulty accessory to no fault of my own. I called the customer service and spoke to Fey who was ZERO help and would not let me speak to a manager. I have always had good experiences with Craftsman until now. My dad bought craftsman and always talked about the customer service and the warranty. I am not asking for a new table saw. I just need a new fence. Please help me. My number is 214384****.
