Synchrony Bank sucks so hard

I just opened an account one week ago. I havent even received the card yet. I got an email saying that I have a payment due already. I tried the chat through the website, but its automated. It tells me I dont have a payment due because theres no balance yet. Meanwhile, right behind the chat window, theres a page saying my payment is already due and theres a balance. It asks me if I would like to speak to a live agent, so I choose YES, then it tells me there isnt one available. This is the most unprofessional establishment ever. User's recommendation: Stay away from these ***.
