Some days ago my Etsy account was suspended and I was given no warning or explanation for this decision. I was due to receive an email providing info that never has arrived (and yes, I looked in spam too). I had to write to Etsy asking for information about this obscure suspension and means to solve it but the answer I was given was far from adequate. I was told they cannot provide me the reason for the suspension due to security reasons. Ironically I am asked to send a copy of my ID card and prof that I am the proprietor of my credit cards in a platform whose login requires that I write the number of the problematic order. User's recommendation: Don’t buy the image of the ethical website. This is another predatory capitalist company hiding behind a mask of eco friendly and support of local trades.
