Without notice a 3% surcharge was added on to our dinner bill recently at the Yorba Linda California location. I first of all think this is a lousy way to do business and the reasons given for the surcharge do not make sense. For example if they are to assist with employee salaries or other restaurant expenses, then what am I paying for in the first place on your menu? If you are not making enough money, then just simply raise your prices. User's recommendation: Ask about it up front.
