Support for missing transaction

I was playing in a portion that involved receiving a monetary reward for playing. I did not receive my reward. I called the BetMGM customer service immediately. The person said that he was going to escalate it to a higher team I requested to speak into a supervisor since the computer system did not show that I was in the game that I was in. He told me there was no supervisor. I have called their customer service at least five times and sent at least 10 emails. Their customer service is not in the United States so it is hard to reach them they do not understand my issue. User's recommendation: Don’t call bet MGM customer service department it’s too frustrating.
