Support don’t resolve my problem

I rent a car to Pablos garage thru hycar. I return the car and they keep charging me for it. I return the car the june 5 and until this date they keep charging. I spoke to support many times and their response its that they havent been able to talk to Pablos garage. The problem its that they dont allow me to rent another car until he respond wich Im waiting 15 days. And Pablos garage its charging me another 8 days and counting. And I dont have his car. I have summit pictures of the calls and the return of car User's recommendation: Make sure that. The owner or hycar are responsible once you return the car.
