I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE WITH TRADE INSURANCE. SELLER TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT DO AS HE SAID HE WOULD. HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THE PRODUCT. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PICTURES NOR THE VIDEOS.I OPENED UP A DISPUTE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN REVIEW MY DISPUTE. THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK THE SELLER'S SIDE THAT IT'S UNLATERAL PURCHASE OR WHATEVER THAT MEANS. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM ALIBABA EVER AGAIN. THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. YOU GUYS NEVER EVER AGAIN.
