There is no way to contact customer service abs actually speak to someone or a person. When you click the chat bot you cannot ask questions or type what you want to know, it only gives you select things to choose from and most of them are too open to interpretation so o cant even get close to where I need to be. Im complaining cause I have no way to check and see if Im accepted for another card or account or what User's recommendation: Don’t buy into this.
