Subzero refrigerator

When my current sub-zero refrigerator broke I ordered a new one from P.C.Richard. I was told they were out of stock but placed my order and bought a Whirlpool scratch and dent to use in the meantime. I received a delivery date in April for the subzero and a call the day before to confirm delivery. Meanwhile the Whirlpool did not seem cold so I called service. The evening before my delivery I was told the subzero was not on the truck and they didn't know when I would get it. The repair man for the whirlpool said it was working right and had to order parts. He advised me to throw out the food which was in there as the meat started to thaw among other things going bad. I called the store and said since the refrigerator was only 1 month old I didn't want a repair but a replacement, which they did. My new scheduled date for the sub zero was today, May 25th. I emptied my freezer and refrigerator. The truck arrived around noon and the driver said this is a four man job. There were only two sent. He made a call and said he was told to have lunch and they would try and get me 2 more men and call me back. I never received a call. I called customer service after waiting 3 hours and was told it was the stores problem but she would relate the problem to the store and have them call me back.. I finally got a call back, and will have to wait 3 more days to get it redelivered. this is a big inconvenience as most of my food is at a neighbors house and I am using a college refrigerator that I borrowed. We are seniors in our 80's and this isn't easy. I feel P.C.Richard should compensate us in some way for all this inconvenience.
