Subscription renewal charges money, resets account to free

Got charged a yearly renewal subscription and my account reset from premium to free = limited. Customer support not responding. They charge your credit card a yearly fee, wait for 30 days and then reset your account to free, so you cannot apply for a refund from Apple App store. Apparently LastPass has problems with subscriptions/renewals from Apple App store, they somehow don't know about it and don't renew your subscription automatically and you have to ask for it via their customer service, which is not responding. I'm very disappointed. Charged a yearly fee with no subscription plan. At least letting know others. Read reviews, I'm not the only one. User's recommendation: Do not use LastPass or at least do not subscribe from Apple App store.
