A nice lady at the call in The Philippines helped me after the first person I talked with could not. The Post will be mailed to my terminally ill brother at his nursing home in Eugene, Oregon. The first person who answered said a hard copy could not be mailed. I am glad I called back. Fyi, my brother dies not have access to the internet.
