I learned through a suboptimal experience that my understanding of transparency is vastly different than Jon Sigler's. If you are the inquisitive type and think your agent will go and get you the answer then you will be wrong. Ironically, I purchased a home via auction.com and added in the agent to the process (I had the choice to not do this) and the agent did nothing to address any of my questions that was worth the commissions he earned. The agent is Jon Sigler. I would recommend using him if you are the type of individual that is comfortable with blind faith and do not believe in the mantra of trust but verify.C User's recommendation: avoid keller williams.
