Sub standard customer service

Unable to take a proctored exam due to a technical fault. Proctor told me to raise a support ticket and the team should be able to reschedule for the same day. On speaking with customer services they me told me the issue was with their technical department and that they would respond. I chased them on 2 occasions within a couple of hours of each other to find out what was going on, as I was still under the impression that my exam could be rescheduled for the same day, at which point the customer services agent became very agitated and even angry with me explaining that I'd have to wait 3-5 working days. I explained to her that this had never been explained to me but she continued with her aggressive manner. I've yet to have resolution on this and have never experienced a poorer customer experience. User's recommendation: Use the other providers for Microsoft Certification.
