Stuck with a year of bad coverage

The plan looked pretty good on healthcare.gov; not sure if I didn't read it correctly or what. What's the point of offering insurance if you have to pay 100% of all services until meeting a ridiculously high deductible? Their customer service representatives are earnest but there's nothing they can do to fix this awful plan. Their essential plans cover absolutely nothing. User's recommendation: Find another provider.
