I am complaining about the worlds strongest men in history. The episode about william bankier carrying 450lb sack. The US strongest men are saying because of his height 5'6" it is impossible. I'm not saying I can lift 450lb sand bags but I am 5'7" and can pick up well over my weight of 230 by the way I am also Scottish. Lifting heavy things is in our blood and I have been challenged many of times to pickup 300 to 500lbs things ( including wood burning stoves or 8ft 24in round logs out of the woods). I feel like because it is difficult for them doesn't mean it cannot be done.
