My wife got Covid and we had to cancel the flight. Have mailed the details twice and my brother has called the call center. They said approval will be taken for rebooking. However. No revert. We are planning to return around 28th or 29th as advised by the doctor with the PCR report. Due to last min hike in prices we would like to book in advance. Awaiting revert as it's getting too expensive and problematic with the flight booking. If out of customer service you can consider the business class upgrade given her condition will be very happy.
