This company has zero marketing skills when it comes to dealing with their customers. My storage rent doubled from one month to the next which is absurd. Needless to say i had to clear everything out and look for a better price somewhere else. I rarely complain but people need to know what's in "store" for them when they sign up with this lame company. Nevertheless the office staff were very helpful and friendly and i have no complaint with them.
