Stop text messages

I have an account and have bought several items in the past. I don't mind getting occasional emails but I don't want to get repeated text messages every time I visit the website trying to get me to buy the item I looked at. Also, your customer service is terrible, I was on hold for over half an hour and was never able to speak to anyone.
