After making an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early as directed, I waited in my vehicle for over 20 minutes before someone came out to inform me that the Vet wasn't there and suggested I go to another PetCo store to get my puppy vaccinated by Vetco. The least they could have done was to let me know in advance that the Vet wasn't able to be there. The other option is to let me know as soon as I arrived that the vet wasn't there. Instead, I waited outside for 20 minutes for nothing. User's recommendation: Vetco is unreliable. Go elsewhere to see a vet.
