Stolen identity – access to account

Dears, My identity was stolen. I am not ale to log in to my Binance account (the password was changed by someone). How can I unblock my account fór me? WHO can help me? I am asking because my money are in transfer process to Binance. And I would like to block these or ask fór cashback because the identity was stolen. I am in contact with Police regarding the stolen identity.
