Saks Fifth Avenue in Birmingham Alabama is an embarrassment to the brand name. I took a Very expensive fragrance gift set into the Saks store at the summit to be returned and they said they had to inspect it and check it so they opened the product in front of me and then proceeded to tell me that I could not return it because it was opened. They wanted me To take the product (that they opened in front of me) back. They would not let me exchange it or get a refund So I refused and asked them for a unopened product instead because when I walked in the store my item was unopened. an opened User's recommendation: Think twice before shopping at saks!!
