Original review updated by user Jun 23, 2021 This frickin "bank" stole my money from a closed bank account. They took payments for four months, causing a derogatory mark on my credit. When you view the account, it clearly shows only one bank account. I call for assistance (I too recorded the call) they tell me I changed the bank account in June. I was on a ventilator, so it is HIGHLY unlikely I pulled my phone out - which I didn't have - to make this change. He simply laughed and said the computer doesn't lie. doesn't lie. User's recommendation: Beware they don't care about customers.
