I joined them in 2015, never got mail or email saying I had to "renew" the contract. Correspondence said, "you don't have to do anything". Found out that new customers sign up for HALF the price per KW I was paying. When I became aware I cancelled the account immediately. My opinion is that they are crooks and are stealing from people.
