Still waiting for the refund

I recently purchased some clothing items from JillyBugs for my baby and was disappointed by the customer service experience. I was really looking forward to trying JillyBugs products but their customer service was a huge disappointment. The items I ordered did arrive as promised, but they were the wrong size. When I contacted the store to request a refund or exchange, they were not willing to do either. I had an issue with my order and returned it the very next day, as instructed by their representative. Despite this, they charged me for shipping and when they received the merchandise in September months later I still have not received my refund. Very unprofessional and upsetting experience.

P.S. I'm still hoping for a refund but this long wait - definitely not what I expected.

Everything will be fine, most likely, I also had a delay in reimbursement, but in the end I received the money
