Still waiting for someone to help me

I have used Priceline several times and up until my most recent attempt at booking through them I havent had any issues. However this week I booked and paid for a room only to be denied checking in by the hotel because I used my digital wallet to pay for the room. The customer service representative for Priceline promised to prioritize my refund as well assuring me that I would see the refund within 24 hours. It has been 3 days now. I will be sure to book directly through hotel websites now.
