Still waiting for order to ship.

I ordered a watch that was a special order. They said 3 - 5 weeks. It's now been more than 10 weeks and I've tried to get in touch with them recently and no response. I sometimes wait on hold for more than an hour and a half and then give up. I send emails and no response. User's recommendation: Be careful as communication is horrible.
