Still struggling to have the company honor me on their extended warranty claim

I bought a May tag dryer at August of 2018 and then 13 month after it failed. Since I bought extended warranty, I called the phone number and then spoke with a representative. They said to email me the receipt. I emailed the receipt on 9/27/2019. Since no response from them once again emailed on 9/30/2019 (i.e monday). I called Tuesday i.e 10/1/2019 and they said that they got the email and they sent for management approval which they said will take another two days. Finnally by Wednesday afternoon they called and said that it is approved and they asked me to call Appliancesmart and schedule an appointment with their tech. So far since Wednesday I called the warranty department (Amanda) five to six times left voice mail and I also emailed and still no response. I called MN branch and spoke with sales person (Mat), he also emailed amanda to have her call me. Today is 10/4/2019 as of 4:15 PM still no response. How long you guys want me to wait to fix my dryer for which I paid extended warranty. It has been more than 8 days since my dryer is down. Please call me at 678-493-**** ASAP. I already emailed my receipt to Amanda of warranty department.
