I have read all of the reviews and I can confirm that this is a ripoff. I was unable to travel due to CoVid19. I purchased a package just before the travel bans in Feb 2020. I tried to get a refund....nope. I never tried to schedule because I am in the high risk category. I called recently for an extension which I was told they would consider once we knew how long the travel issues last. She lied and just wants more money. I am going to call her again about scheduling my visits. Then I am going to report her to the Federal fraud agency if they don't honor my package. I am going to bet that they applied for the PPP loans. I am going to guess the government won't like hearing that they are ripping people AND the government off.
