Still Owed Hundreds OVER 30 days

Ordered 9 items online. Received 1 package delivered by a white van with no markings. According to packing slip there was supposed to be 7 items, but it only contained one, 2 items backordered. Emailed to address issue. No reply. Received email saying backordered items charged & shipping. Phoned 800#. Told them I didn't want items shipped due to previous problem. Told items would be cancelled and I'd receive refund on credit card within 7-10 business days. Twelve business days later, had three separate credits, waiting for the other 5. Called back 800#, told it'd be within 24-48 hours. Received email saying I'd have to go through my card company to get the other hundreds of $s back. Over 30 days later, contacting corporate. DISGUSTED. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Any help appreciated.
