Still no reply from Parcel2Go shocking service

My parcel has been lost for some time with no correspondence from Parcel to go. Shocking customer care. Without the ability to speak to anybody at all. And then not being able to explain my situation in detail due to shocking automated email system...absolute bag od S!@t!! User's recommendation: If you want absolutely no customer after care choose Parcel2Go!. For all your loss and stress needs.
