I still not had any reply from all my emails I have sent, what a way to run a company. Also I will think very carefully about booking with Carnival again, because there are a lot other cruise company would like my money. I have spent a lot of money with Carnival over the years and this is how you treat loyal passengers, you should ashamed of your self's. COLIN WARNE
